The Cottage House was built in 1940 and is designed with a large dressing room, single restroom, large sitting room and private kitchen. The concrete patio and surrounding area will seat up to 200 guests comfortably, with covered seating for up to 150.

Our in house catering by Moveable Feast offers a variety of wonderful buffets at affordable prices. We also offer wedding packages that include cake service, linens, glassware, chargers, decorations and much more…

The daily rental includes the house for your private use and two acres of landscaped yard. We offer parking accommodations for up to 70 cars, with parking attendants on site. Also included are 200 white cushioned chairs, 20 round tables and 8 banquet tables.
